I found out that Flag LIPS will be adding high speed internet to their included utilities in the next month. This means my rent will go up a bit but it's well worth it. Their price will be cheaper than had I gotten it on my own, which was on the TO DO list for the month. I been meaning to mention it, but if you are looking for an apartment in Flagstaff you can do alot worse than these people. Friendly, timely, and helpful whenever I have had maintenance issue come up. Frankly since I live in one of their older buildings, over 100 years old according to what I have heard, you do expect the occasional problem. On top of that they include utilities in the rent for most properties which means no hassle of getting services for the apartment or remembering to write a bunch of individual checks. Lastly and certainly not least they are very pet friendly which Bandit appreciates.

Having lived at many places around Flagstaff I would highly recommend them.
