A beer article for homebrewers or anyone who enjoys a good pint. Some aspects of the article get advanced, while other parts are very basic i.e. light wavelengths that can impact beer vs how beer is made. But worth the read.

The Grinch is back!
Love the dark ale with a healthy hint of Gingerbread flavor, so if you find yourself in Flagstaff and in need of a great holiday beer stop by Flagstaff Brewing Company, you won't be sorry. Frankly I think it's my favorite beer they brew. In the past and from what I hear this year thus far Flag Brew is the only local brewery to have a holiday ale, but I'll be sure to keep my ears open and report accordingly. |
